This series was made during one of my most difficult moments. I was struggling to find my way after experiencing an extreme amount of self and familial conflict. I felt emotioally unstable. "Caged" is the first of the triptych that shows how I felt emotionally. I felt restricted and imprissoned in every way. I was able to find resolution through commnicating my feelings visually. The second painting is called "The Search", because that's when things were getting better but I was still trying to find my way. And lastly, "Clensing" is about washing away those pains and moving on.
